Community Fund

Develop Warwickshire is a Joint Venture between Countryside Properties, Warwickshire County
Council, and Warwickshire Property & Development Group, that is set to bring thousands of new
homes and jobs to the county. The joint venture is set to delivery an array of new homes across
various locations. Develop Warwickshire is currently working on delivering the first three
development sites: Brookmill Meadows, Overton View and Milby Meadows in North Warwickshire and
Nuneaton. Combined, these developments will create approximately 1800 new homes.
